Geared for individuals considering a change of careers, or fresh graduates. One of our principals will meet with you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to set learning goals and serve as a point of reference as you learn. Apprenticeship candidates that maintain their learning goals and who have reached a sufficient level of work quality and basic experience may be considered for a resident apprenticeship.

Resident apprenticeships are opportunities for people from traditional careers or with graduate degrees to work onsite with the IQ Foundry team to learn our processes and further their career by mentoring with a craftsman at IQ Foundry. Your mentor will be available to answer questions, give you learning assignments, and help focus your efforts to get the most out of your time here. These apprenticeships are paid and may run for 1-12 months based on progress and general culture fit. Persons completing a resident apprenticeship with our team may be offered a full-time career opportunity.
